My very first bodybuilding contest. As embarrassing as this is, I wanted you all to see how far my posing has come since then. I know I still have a lot of work to do before it's "perfect". 2009 NPC Lenda Murray Championships. I was the light heavy weight winner and overall men's champion. My second contest ever, so this was a big accomplishment for me.
