------------ My Biography ------------
Aylwin is a Singapore-based independent photographer. From film to even the quintessential Polaroids, he was always taking pictures in parks and attractions during festive and special occasions.
Being exposed to photo-taking from a young age, this developed naturally into an affinity for photography. Aylwin still holds dear vivid memories of his first film camera, a Pentax Zoom which he would carry around everywhere taking shots of landscapes, objects and people. Then, as a student with limited finances, it was a pinch in the pocket whenever his photos did not turn out well. But that made him determined to improve his proficiency, feeling immense joy and satisfaction when the shots came out great.
While he is keen to develop his skills and technique in all aspects of photography, Aylwin takes particular interest in portraits, products and landscapes. He has contributed to some local magazines, event shoots and has also been commissioned for several commercial projects.
