My name is Brent Shotz and I got my start in 2000 doing fitness modeling in Los Angeles. After having a great time modeling and doing other odd jobs to make ends meet, I decided to get on the other side of the camera.

I have always been in love with taking photographs ever since I was little and I now get to live that dream everyday.

After my modeling career, I spent 3 years as a lighting and photographic assistant to one of the best photographers in LA. I was his main assistant for shoots that ended up in Maxim, FHM, Loaded and many others. Long story short, we had a huge falling out so I left!

In 2009 I moved up to Fresno because my family is from here and to get a fresh start.

I am currently building up my portfolio and buying more and more equipment as I go. I hope to move into a studio in Early 2011.
