Black & White

I enjoy creating Black and White images, both still photography and video.
I have helped create portfolios for many models here on iStudio
I also shoot some TFP for a select few models whose look and work impresses me.

Started as photo assistant at a studio in Chelsea London in 1970 I set up my own studio in London shooting Ad campaigns on large format & began to develop my distinct style of lighting & composition. My work has evolved from studio to shooting mainly on location overseas for Press Campaigns & Billboards for clients including alcohol, vehicles & swimwear.
I also shot Calendars for International companies such as Heineken & BMW. as well as Glamour Calendars and became known as the “Calendar King”. Also gained recognition in the industry with awards for Photography and also my Calendar work. Client list included major international Advertising Agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, McCanns, Leo Burnett, DMB&B & and then began to receive requests to direct TV commercials.
At this period, Joined Sierra Production Company in London as a film director & D.P. shooting commercials for Black & White Whisky, Ford, and Hair & Beauty products. In 1985 published first book on photography containing portfolio & personal images, in association with ZOOM Magazine in Paris/France. OLYMPUS Cameras also became my sponsor to promote their cameras & lenses.
I also contributes regularly to the media with articles on creative Imagery, his images appear on magazine covers & bookstands worldwide.

My work has featured on many international magazines including covers from Austria, Belgium, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and the USA
