About Me
Street Connection Magazine, an inmatemagazine based in the Bronx, New York, strives to reconnect incarcerated people with the streets after their release. Our articles range from the impact incarceration has on children to how to find jobs upon release.
What We Do for You:
It is the mission of our magazine to bring the outside world inside to people were in prison and have just been released. Street Connection Magazine is the only magazine of its kind, focusing on reconnecting inmates to the real world. Turn to us for information on making a successful transition. We also provide information that may help you stay out of prison.We help you through articles on incarceration issues, as well as special features, such as Sexy Diva pictures, and What's Hot in different states each month.
Our History:
Our owners had a friend incarcerated for about 15 years, who was so disconnected upon release he didn't even know what a metro card was. We see a huge need to educate people with articles and information focused on what they need to successfully survive. We've been publishing our magazine for 3 years, but have 10 years of experience in the business.
