I am looking for a professional photo retoucher/editor to be based at the Bigfoot Studios in Cebu/Philippines.

Ideally, you should have a very profound understanding of color (and the techniques to color underwater photos). Experience in editing (Final Cut Pro) would also be a big plus (to put together small clips showcasing my photography - such as the video below).
