A few thoughts on your "The Frog and the Grasshopper," which I've retitled in my mind "Temptation." First, she's tempting the frog, of course, and then the Chinese fellow in the background, and finally the viewer, whom I will refer to as "Me." It is a beautifully composed fantasy. The texture of the water is magnificent, and I particularly like the reflected skin tones of the model in the water. The exquisite model radiates light, and that single, outlined breast is a jewel. So subtly presented, but so powerful a shape. The interactions of the Chinese man looking at the model and the Chinese woman looking away is potent human drama, and well as a bit of truthful humor. You've created a beautiful image, welding together so many separate elements. The softness of the background really achieves depth. I'm appreciating your skill and creativity more and more as I begin to understand your process. Thanks for sending it. Great work. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
