Hurt? Never, not with the balloon effect (placing your thumb into your mouth and blowing out so that your cheeks puff out) in practice all things involving falling are now safe.

People keep asking me about my discovery of the "Balloon Effect". However, I can't take credit for it. I copied it off the back package wrapper of some twinkies from c. 1973 I found in my parents house.
